Our Returns Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • In original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging (for safety equipment like bell boots and brushing boots)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  • Base layers and breeches (due to intimate wear nature)
  • Caps and beanies (hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-sized competition jackets and breastplates
  • Opened bandage pads and medical supplies

Simple Returns Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1 business day, we’ll email:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return label (for US customers)
  • International return instructions if applicable

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely using original packaging when possible. Include:

  • Completed return form (included in your original shipment)
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Note: For international returns outside the US, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
