Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:
- In original, unused condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging (for safety equipment like bell boots and brushing boots)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Base layers and breeches (due to intimate wear nature)
- Caps and beanies (hygiene reasons)
- Custom-sized competition jackets and breastplates
- Opened bandage pads and medical supplies
Simple Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our returns team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1 business day, we’ll email:
- Return authorization number
- Prepaid return label (for US customers)
- International return instructions if applicable
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely using original packaging when possible. Include:
- Completed return form (included in your original shipment)
- Copy of your order confirmation
Note: For international returns outside the US, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after receipt
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless return is due to our error
Exchanges
For size exchanges on competition gear:
- Follow standard return process
- Specify desired size/color in your return request
- We’ll ship your replacement immediately upon receiving your return
Expedited shipping for exchanges is available at additional cost for time-sensitive competition needs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect equestrian equipment:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of damaged items/incorrect shipment
- We’ll arrange prepaid return and immediate replacement
