Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):

– Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
– Recommended for time-sensitive competition needs

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have extended delivery times or may not be serviceable.

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding certain remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Packaging: Safety equipment must be in original packaging (bell boots, brushing boots, etc.)
  • Proof of Purchase: Required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Base layers and breeches (intimate wear)
  • Caps and beanies
  • Custom-sized competition jackets and breastplates
  • Opened bandage pads and medical supplies

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1 business day, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return label (for US customers)
